COLOUR: Very pale peach.

NOSE: Sweet raspberries and tart cherry sorbet with a faint hint of crushed thyme.

PALATE: Red berries and juicy nectarine fruit fill the palate with mouth-watering acidity. A lovely creamy texture builds in the mid-palate and carries through to the refreshing finish, full of more red and blueberry fruit layered with subtle dried herbal complexity.

55% Shiraz, 33% Sangiovese, 7% Nebbiolo, 2.5% Pinot Noir, 2.5% Merlot
