A lively and enticing wild ferment Sauvignon Blanc made with minimal intervention and showing all the hallmarks of this variety.

Lemon in colour with bright green hues. A seductive mix of lychee, passionfruit and gooseberry aromas. The palate is a balanced mix of lemongrass, passionfruit, hints of flint and a touch of fresh sage. The creamy mid-palate is complemented by a long, lingering finish with zesty lemon rind acidity.

Enjoy this wine with barramundi or Thai green curry.
