This is a red wine blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc. Medium-deep red with red-purple hue. Dense aromas of succulent red berries, cherries and chocolate with a hint of cassis. A silky rich palate of great length and tapered finish. The fine tannin structure enhanced by maturation in fine French oak creates a smooth, velvety finish.

Pair with grilled beef or lamb, pasta Bolognese, lasagne, or pepperoni pizza.
