Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Rising out of the glass are lifted pear and lime scents followed by some green apple, wet slate, fresh herb and mineral notes. Racy flavours of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs are sprawled across the mouth watering palate. Tense, chalky feel with wet slate and flinty mineral accents lying underneath. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a crisp slatey mineral laced aftertaste. Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Enjoy this wine will pair perfectly with oysters, mussels, raw fish dishes and shrimps, either raw, barbecued or in sauce.
