Clear light golden yellow in colour with a hint of green. In the nose aromas of lime, peach, very subtle some dried tropical fruit, minerals and even something of earth.

In the taste palette notes of candied lemon, ripe pear and again minerality, which are accompanied by the right acids in the aftertaste.

As an aperitif, freshwater fish such as trout and pike-perch, salad with smoked chicken fillet, crayfish, white asparagus, quiches and mild dishes from the Asian kitchen.
