Gently aromatic and offers up attractive slaty, pear and citrus fruit aromas with a dusting of spice. There is a lovely subtlety to this wine that is hard to ignore. Dry with just a touch of balanced sweetness, it is sleek and light-weight, defined by its zippy acidity which supports a fine although delicate finish.
This wine is made of 100% Riesling grapes, fermented into a dry taste. This terroir yields the excellent flavour of this wine.

It matches seafood of all kinds, is also excellent with lamb and poultry.
