Belle Sparkling is a stunning fusion of Verdelho grapes with a small amount of Shiraz grapes. These premium fruit parcels were harvested and then left on skins for a limited period, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This process led to the creation of a beautiful, pink coloured wine. A swirl of the glass reveals mesmerising scents. These fragrances make way for the crisp and light-bodied palate full of strawberries and summer fruits, culminating the wine in a refreshing finale.

Suggested food pairings for this wine include chilli, lime and coriander prawns; freshly shucked oysters; and sesame and breadsticks.
