Deep crimson red. The nose displays rich dark berry fruits such as cassis and mulberry, along with subtle nutty oak. The palate is bursting with plush juicy dark berry fruits, supported by spicy nutty oak and a long smooth fine grained tannin finish.

Peter Lehmann True Legend Shiraz 2019

Peter Lehmann Layers Red 2021
The colour is a vibrant red with a burst of dark cherry and spice on the bouquet leading to a softly textured finish. Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, while the Tempranillo is firm and savoury. Mourvedre brings a wild earthiness and all are bound together by the aromatic and spicy nature of Grenache which softens the palate.

Wolf Blass Altitude Chardonnay 2019
The palate is medium-bodied with juicy nectarine and stone fruit flavours and a touch of subtle oak. Balanced acid backbone and nice length with a generous well rounded and zesty finish makes for a stunning wine.

Vortex Trapped Chardonnay 2019
Classic white peach and nectarine with hints of citrus, nougat and flint on the nose. A creamy, complex palate with a long acidity line giving the palate breadth and depth.

Peter Lehmann The Barossan Chardonnay 2022
Brilliant lemon in colour with a straw-yellow hue, this Chardonnay displays pronounced peach and nectarine aromas, with subtle spicy and charred notes from the oak fermentation and maturation. The palate bursts with flavours of freshly picked white nectarine and citrus, with a crisp and lingering acidity balanced perfectly by toasty oak complexity. Once at the winery, the fruit was fermented in a mix of stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels
