Vibrant orange in colour, unfined and unfiltered so the wine has an appealing cloudiness. Heaps of ginger spice, fresh Apricot, Peach, Honeydew and Canteloupe, Mandarin peel, stewed stonefruits, and hints of dried apricots and white pepper on the nose, with a compelling full palate, textural and soft with apricot silkiness, honedew crunch, rockmelon headiness and soft brioche and white pepper spice notes.

This wine pairs well with a great cheese platter, appetizers and snacks.
