Pale gold in colour with a fine bead. Delicate aromas of citrus zest, almond praline and strawberries with subtle hints of rose floral. The palate is finely structured with an underlying core of fresh citrus acidity that drives through to the finish. This is balanced by a delicate creamy texture, the result of extended time on yeast lees during bottle fermentation.

This wine will pair well with shellfish, lean fish, appetizers and snacks or as an aperitif.
