Brilliant clarity, showing a pastel rosewater blush. Cranberry and Cherry leap out, supported by some ripe guava notes and musk lolly. New season watermelon and sour cherries with a touch of green apple skin feeding through to cranberries with a zippy, refreshing acid line providing length around savoury Sangiovese grape’s structure. Delicious and moreish.

Enjoy this wine with chicken or niçoise salad, salmon, feta, spinach/mint and quinoa tartelettes, duck, lamb served pink, veggie skewers on the barbecue, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
