Its fresh and lively, a wine that does not take itself too seriously but look and you will see red current fruit with a hint of strawberry jam. There is varietal correctness from a cool year with a touch of leaf and a soft plush finish which really helps to define this style. Delicious.

This Cabernet Franc will pair well with roasted pork, beef burgers, beef stew, meatballs in tomato sauce, turkey with cranberry, lamb gyros, pâté, roasted duck, venison, or roasted or grilled lamb.
