The Albarino grape is reknowned for being an excellent aperitif, thanks to its light texture and bright, zesty flavour. Lemon and lime dominate the palate here, with a hint of apple and fennel as well. There is loads of minerality, plus a hint sea breeze thanks to its slightly saline texture. Pour a glass of this and take yourself on a trip to the Galician coast.

Perfect with medium bodied dishes such as baked fish, pasta and paella. Serve chilled 10-11ºC, never too cold.
