Appearance: Deep ruby red

Aroma: Inviting scents of blackcurrants with hints of plums and herbaceous notes

Palate: Smooth and soft, with flavours of dark berries, a touch of vanilla, and a balanced acidity. The finish is round and velvety.

Serving Temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: 30-60 minutes. This allows the wine to breathe, release aromas and mellow out some of the tannins, improving its flavour profile.

Merlot pairs nicely with roasted red meats, game meats, mature cheeses, mushroom based dishes, rich tomato based pasta sauces.
