Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense lime and lemon scents jump out of the glass followed by some orange rind, chalky talc and mineral notes. Excellent concentration and volume with mouth watering lime, orange rind and citrus fruits overlaying a green apple, subtle wet steel and flinty mineral backdrop. Crunchy acidity finishing dry, long and zippy.

Drink over the next 6-8 years.

This wine goes well with smoked sausage, Hawaiian Pizza, spicy Indian food, breaded shellfish and pork schnitzel.
