Made with a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer from the King Valley that was co-fermented together to really make these two sing in harmony together in a light and delicate manner. Pet-Nat is full of savoury and herbal notes, with just touches of sweet rose and lychee from the Gewurztraminer.

This wine pairs well with a summer salad, green vegetables, a light grazing board with cheese and cured meats or seafood.
