Barrel aged and fermented on lees. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced pear, lime and green apple scents ascend through the nostrils followed by subtle fresh herb and stony mineral notes. Intense lime, green apple and pear fruits are texturally full and viscous in their feel. Infusions of fresh herbs and a delicate minerality lie underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long moreish aftertaste.

This wine pairs well with creamy chicken or pork pasta dishes, chicken and leek pies, or a seafood chowder.
