Palate: This Shiraz is full and flavoursome on the palate. It has loads of the spicy plum and delicious dark berry fruit flavours typical of the variety and complemented by the subtle French oak. It has a generous palate that’s well balanced by moderate and gently drying tannins

Cellaring: Great drinking, it can be enjoyed right now and over the next few years. A good match with any meal.
