G.S.M. The perfect blend between three Mediterranean grapes; Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre (often called Mataro). This style dates back centuries to the time of the French popes of Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, yet is fresh and modern with bright berry fruits, subtle spice and plenty of complexity despite it’s easy-drinking nature. The colour is deep red with bright crimson hues. Deep red berry aromas with stewed plum anD herbal notes. Abundant with rich plum, gamey tone and white pepper spice, supported by soft tannin and lively acidity. This wine is made to enjoy upon release, however it is expected that it will continue to mature to 5 years of age.

Pair with confit duck press with pickled and baby beetroot.
