Butterscotch and honey, flinty oyster shell, mandarin and peach.

A vibrant, youthful palate centres on a delicious, mouth-watering acidity. Citrus and saline drive mesh with subtle peach and lemon zest.

Almond and brioche combine in a syrupy, mouthcoating dance on the palate leading to a lingering savoury citrus finish.

Ageing, Five to eight years.

Pairs well with grilled fish, fresh basil pesto pasta.
