An elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from a strong Yarra vintage.

Aromatically the wine offers red and black currants, red cherry, raspberry, tobacco, cedar, and spice.

The palate is super smooth, svelte and sophisticated, with strong red fruit flavours, salted cherries, bright acidity and fine long tannins.

Ageing 5 to 8 years.

Pairs well with braised lamb or chickpea stew.
