The Syrah Nouveau is a two thirds whole bunch, one third carbonic maceration blend that brings out plenty of fruit and is fresh as a daisy in the middle of spring. There is a great depth of plums and white pepper to start with a touch of violets and green herbs.

This wine pairs well with Moroccan stews, Greek lamb dishes and slow-cooked beef, lamb and pork casseroles.
