The Le Vigne di Eli Etna Rosso DOC 2021 is a distinguished red wine from Sicily's Etna region, crafted predominantly from the Nerello Mascalese grape variety, with a small addition of Nerello Cappuccio. This wine embodies the unique flavour of Mount Etna, offering a complex and refined profile.

Pale ruby red in colour with hues of deep mahogany. Complex nose with ripe red fruits such as raspberries and cherries, mingled with subtle floral notes, dried herbs, and a touch of minerality, which is characteristic of the volcanic soil.

It exhibits a medium to full-bodied profile with rich tannins and a balance of vibrant acidity. It offers flavors of wild berries, earthy notes, a hint of licorice, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
