White stone fruit, mandarin, pear and pink grapefruit characters intermingle with hints of citrus blossom, fig, salted caramel and nougat notes.

The mouthfeel is texturally generous. Fleshy, white stone fruit, peach and cantaloupe flavours sit above a fine citrus line. Lemon brioche, almond meal and subtle vanillin spice characters, linger on the finish.

This wine pairs well with pork, rich fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes.
