Bright golden colour. The aromas are fresh, with hints of lemon and a slightly subtle floral scent. The flavours are fresh from light sour fruit, with a light florality and a nice mousse that stimulates the palate in a nice way.

Perfect as an aperitif and also works well as a meal drink for dishes on poultry, lighter seafood dishes. Also very nice for a not too sweet dessert, such as sorbet.
