A soft, plush expression of Pinot from Loire Valley, that shows a little more restraint to the fruit than its southern counterparts. Graceful and fruit-forward with fleshy ripe red cherry, with a nice anchoring touch of some rich tannin.

Pairs well with meaty and oily fish.
