Its spicy, fragrant, with cherries and cinnamon enveloped in savouriness. Syrah is dense and deep in its profile with bold, ripe and savoury characters. Delightfully perfumed with cherries, raspberries, yet multilayered with warm all-spice and nuts.

The palate is generous with silky tannins, fleshy dark blue and red fruits, chocolate and anise and finishing with a hint of pepper & racy freshness layered into lovely French oak.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
