Appearance: Deep, inky purple with a vibrant garnet rim. Aroma: Bold aromas of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries, plums, and dark cherries. Complementing these fruit notes are hints of spices like black pepper and cloves, along with subtle touches of chocolate, vanilla, and smoky oak. Palate: Full-bodied and rich, with a smooth texture. On the palate, it offers layers of ripe black fruit (blackberry, blueberry) and subtle liquorice, with undertones of dark chocolate, coffee, and peppery spice. The wine’s tannins are ripe and well-integrated, providing structure, while the balanced acidity adds freshness to the finish.

Ideal with barbecued meats, steak, lamb, or rich stews. It also pairs well with strong cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
