Style: Dry, vibrant, floral and zesty. Pure. Colour: Vibrant pale green. Aroma: Popping light florals with orange blossom undertones. Palate: Delicate lime and zesty pink grapefruit, with nuances of sweetness coating the acid line which leaves a generous, yet crisp and dry finish. Cellaring: Drink now or cellar confidently for 10 - 15 years.

This wine is best served chilled as an inviting aperitif, but it also works well with lightly spiced Asian cuisine, charcuterie, and shellfish.
