Deep red colour with purple hues. Dark cherry and white pepper aromas and flavours. The palate is complex and extremely peppery with dark berry notes and smooth tannins. The finish is long and savoury. Certified Organic, and Vegan Friendly. Cellaring potential – 15 years.

Syrah is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Syrah can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
