This Chardonnay exhibits a pale yellow colour with green hues. On the nose, you’ll find stone fruit, brioche, and butterscotch aromas in harmony with vanilla and butterscotch notes from French new oak puncheons (25%). The palate is concentrated, mineral, creamy, and long due to perfect natural acidity. It’s a vegan-friendly wine that can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
