The freshly pressed juices fermented on their skins for 2 hours, resulting in a light blush colour. With aromatics of strawberries and cream, and natural acidity gives the wine a lovely liveliness which is backed by lush strawberry & raspberry fruits.

Perfect for enjoying early, there’s no need to lay this down in your cellar. Always best served chilled with family and friends.

Rosé is such a versatile wine, it can simply be paired with sunshine and great friends, or make a meal of it with seared salmon with a parmesan crust. Either way this rosé is the perfect addition for the kind of long lunch that seem to merge into dinner.
