Packed densely with an abundance of character, blackcurrant, plum, violet, cigar box and cedar. The nose is intensely aromatic and the palate is tight, concentrated and long. Tense and punchy upon opening, allow this wine to settle and breathe to release the generous volumes of fruit that are wound up within the tightly clenched structure. Or better still, careful cellaring will reap rewards for those with patience.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb and poultry.
