She is elegant and beautiful, gentle and mesmerising. She knows only love and bears no grudges. She is also super delicious being a riper expression of the Grace and the perfect follow-on from the 2020 release. Grapes harvested and pressed directly to oak, 30% new French.

Wild ferment. The wine stayed in these barrels on full lees until bottling in mid-September. I stirred post-harvest fortnightly for two months. The wine has undergone full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This wine pairs well with pork, rich fish, vegetarian and poultry.
