Intense aromas of ripe blackcurrant and raspberry coulis with underlying black pepper and dried thyme notes. On the palate the wine displays bright and voluptuous fruit seamlessly integrated with hints of savoury oak spice and fine grained, firm tannins. Cellaring Potential: 5 to 10 years.

This Legend Shiraz will go well with Red Meats: like beef, lamb, kangaroo and venison. Grilled Foods: The wine's smoky and spicy notes complement grilled dishes like char-grilled steak, peppercorn-crusted tuna, or grilled vegetables  and Charcuterie Board: Serving Temperature: slightly chilled, around 15-19°C.
