Light pale gold in colour. Fresh apricots with a gentle honeysuckle spice on the nose. It has a light to medium bodied refreshing palate. Stone fruit, fresh lemon curd and zest. Hints of oak influence and some textural mouthfeel. Drink now – 3 years.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
