Intense red with garnet reflection. Clean and crisp nose, ripe plum and cranberry. Palate smooth and thick, balanced and persistent. Technical notes fermentation in stainless steel vats, ageing in oak barrels for 12 months. Serving temp. 18°C.

This wine pairs well with lamb, grilled meats and mushrooms.
