A voluminous, yet fresh palate of dried raspberry and cranberry, finishing with oak characters of dark chocolate, vanilla biscuit and coffee grounds. A fine example of Australian Shiraz that will cellar comfortable for 5-8 years.

Enjoy this Old Vine Shiraz with rosemary salt crusted lamb or hard cheeses.
