This wine has been named in honour of our grandmothers Mollie and Merle. We have used only free run juice providing a clean focused Verdelho with lifted perfumed citrus aromas. The palate is bright and textural with fine acid balance and great length of flavour.

Verdelho's fruitiness can complement white fish, chicken, pork, Asian cuisine and salads, and its zestiness can make Verdelho a good match for spicier recipes.
