Bimbadgen Single Vineyard wines are sourced entirely from either the Palmers Lane or McDonalds Road vineyards. Crafted and blended from our flagship varieties, we strive to create outstanding wines in the classic Hunter Valley style. Medium golden straw. Subtle melon and citrus aromas with restrained oak in the background. Elegant melon and citrus flavours with a delicious line of acidity. Seamless oak carries a layered and lingering finish.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
