Dark purple hue. Perfumed aromatics of Campari, infused with notes of lifted orange citrus. Medium bodied with bright fleshy red fruits. Hints of cherry and plum are apparent in the front palate. Whole bunch spice creates complexity through the mid-palate and finishes with chewy chocolate tannins. Great to drink as a young wine with food, but will soften and gain complexity for ten years or more.

Enjoy this Shiraz with a good Sunday roast. Slow cooked Beef stew. Portobello mushrooms stuffed with goats cheese, feta and herbs topped with parmesan.
