Mid scarlet with rose hue. Expressive aromas of fresh cherries, blood orange, toasted sourdough and warm spices. Crunchy red fruits with a smooth and slippery finish. Good to drink in the short term but it should age well for 10 years or more.

Try it with seared tuna.
