Aromas: Freshly sliced pear, lime, and green apple, followed by wet stone and fresh herb scents.

Palate: Textural and highly flavoursome, filled with pear, lime, and green apple fruits, supported by a wet stone backdrop. Delicately spiced fresh herbs appear on the crisp, dry finish.

Best enjoyed young and fresh. Can be cellared for up to five years.

Pairs wonderfully with creamy cheese styles, Italian pasta, seafood, chicken and leek pies or a rich seafood chowder.
