Deep purple in colour and intrigue, this wine enchants with powerful aromas of blackberry and dark plum. Unmistakably a South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a soft yet compelling tannin profile. The palate has a bounty of fruit weight balanced by oak flavours of vanilla and mocha.

This wine is a brilliant deep red in colour, with a youthful vibrant purple hue. The bouquet displays lively aromatics of violets, cherries and black forest cake with white pepper and liquorice spices . Hints of vanilla and caramel derived from oaked maturation complement the spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant bursting with cherry, blueberry and vanillin oak notes. The palate is long and supple with very fine tannins.
