Deep red with purple edges. Black currant, ripe plum fruit with lifted spice notes. Full flavoured yet elegantly weighted – A hallmark of this exceptional vineyard. Dark red fruits combine with a hint of Chinese Five Spice with soft, fine tannins that add length and structure.

Serve with slow roasted lamb shanks.
