Satiny mid-weight Clare Valley red, replete with cherry and strawberry aromatic, and a pure, clean-living palate.

This is Adelina's beautiful Cab Franc release from the now-certified Smith vineyard in the Polish Hill River sub-region. Fruit was all destemmed, with just a few days spent on skins, then spent eight months maturing in old French barriques.

It's fresh, with delicious, red-berry juiciness and a herbal, peppery backbone.
