Like all of Larry Cherubino's wines, this is terrific value and it's always good. This is a blend of reserve Pemberton Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a fragrant nose with sweet, floral aromas, a dry body and persistent finish on the palate. Very enjoyable buddles for any family do.

Serve with burgers, wings and tapas like traditional flamenquines (fried crumbed pork with ham) and gambas al aioli (prawns in garlic and chilli oil). Sparkling Rosé has a particular affinity with charcuterie (cured and smoked meats), duck and pork.
