Like all of Larry Cherubino's wines, this is terrific value and it's always good. This is a blend of reserve Pemberton Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a fragrant nose with sweet, floral aromas, a dry body and persistent finish on the palate. Very enjoyable bubbles for any family do.

Enjoy this wine with Vegetable pakoras with yoghurt dipping sauce, Sydney rock oysters with ginger and shallot dressing, Sushi, Prosciutto wrapped prawns with a rocket aioli. Jamon, fig and ricotta bruschetta. Manchego cheese sticks with tomato jam. Asian chicken wingettes and Vietnamese rice paper roll.
