It has a beautiful ruby colour with raspberry highlights. It develops the nose aromas undergrowth and mushroom and notes of red fruits. On the palate, this wine is delicately woody with gingerbread notes and cherry and presents a harmonious balance. As for the final, long and intensely aromatic, it evokes red fruits and spices.

Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to lightly spiced Thai dishes or even a mid-morning round of Chinese yum cha. Oily meals such as salmon, tuna or pasta will pair well with a light and dry Pinot Noir, while the more tannic styles go with richer foods like a beef bourguignon. And don't forget the cheese.
