Generous, charming nose featuring notes of candied lemon, almonds, white flowers, spices and freshly baked bread. Complex and full bodied on the palate, with a slight mineral tautness that makes this wine perfect balance. Long, delectable finish with accents of brioche and spices.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
